I got the Bún măng vịt (duck noodle soup with bamboo shoot) was quite good. Usually the ones I've had in the past the duck was in the broth, but I really like having it separated on the side with a cabbage salad like this. It was a great portion

The food is always good here, and I'm glad I came back to give it another chance. Got the combo rice dish, egg pie, egg, pork chop, and pork skin strings (the pork chop was seasoned perfectly, tasty, tender, and juicy) with no rice and an order of duck salad. Service is good, it is what it is, this time we didn't have rude servers which was refreshing because the multiple times before were so bad. I will come back.

Pretty solid com tam! This place is located in a very rough neighborhood but sheltered by a relatively large parking lot located in the back side. Anyways, I am here to write a review of the food not the area, so the food here is 5 stars no doubt. Good Vietnamese food is a bit hard to find here since I have been spoiled by numerous visits to Garden Grove / Westminster area of SoCal and tried a lot of Vietnamese food in Saigon, but I am glad that this place hits the spot. I got the com tam dac biet which had grilled pork chop, sugarcane shrimp, and deep fried bean curd. The grilled pork chop was very tender and nicely marinated, no dry bits. The sugarcane shrimp was juicy and so is the deep fried bean curd. The fried egg is delightful, though overcooked, but both sides of the eggs are particularly crispy. The broken rice could use a bit more flavor, but the accompaniments gave more than enough flavor. Prices are a bit high with inflation relative to what I would normally get in SoCal and such, but the amount of food was satisfactory and of great quality. If I come back, I will NOT take the bus ever again cause I almost didn't make it. I'd drive and rather risk my car but at least I skip the super rundown sidewalk parts of 10th to 12th Ave S and S Jackson St intersection.

This place is always an easy go to spot for a variety of vietnamese food. I always get some kind of soup based food or their com Tam (broken rice) dishes. This time I got their com tam suong bo nuong (broken rice grilled short rib). It was smaller than I remembered. This location might have smaller portions than their Tukwila location. Food came out quick. The beef is well marinated and grilled. I didn't have to use much fish sauce. The beef isn't overcooked and comes off the bone easily.

the Bánh xèo is so good. Stays good while ordering Uber eats. Had a lot of leftovers.

Pretty good. I was referred here by a Vietnamese regular who said he really liked their food. My favorite was the Com Tam Suon Bi Cha (broken rice with pork chop and pork skin baked egg). The sliced pork and shrimp spring rolls with peanut dipping sauce and iced Vietnamese coffee was also tasty. I wasn't a fan of the Bun Mam Nuoc Leo because of the fishy taste of the broth but I think most Vietnamese food fans would love it as it was packed with veggies, noodles, fish & tasty pork belly plus raw veggies on the side to top. I was equally impressed with the two ladies, Muoy and Muoy, who were so friendly and kind. I didn't have much of a wait at all because I came at 2:30pm, after the lunch crowd. I'd come back for sure.

A classic Vietnamese restaurant in the area. I've been going here since I was a kid and this place is still as cozy as ever. It serves everything that reminds me of home from pho, vermicelli bowls, com tam rice plates, to our family's go to - Bun Mam. Definitely a place to check out for authentic classic Vietnamese dishes.

3rd time here and they have revised their menu again. However, the flavors stay the same and made with love. One of my favorite and I can't remember the name but simply in English, it's omelette with pork, green mung bean, shrimps and bean sprouts, seasoned with salt. This is a type of wrap. So light and is delicious as well as nutritious. It comes with sweet and sour sauce but with fish sauce base. Wrap it with lettuce and some basil? So good! Per usual, the pho soups are always top notch with garnish that are aromatic and refreshing. Service is very quick. Clean Affordable Filling I recommend when you are in the area. This place is well known by the locals. You are welcome!

Solid spot for Vietnamese broken rice dishes. I got the com tam dac biet which came with a generous portion of grilled pork chop along with an egg, shrimp, and a bean curd. Everything on my plate tasted so good. My one compliant though is they are a bit slow. But on the plus sides, there is a parking lot here, which can be hard to come by in the C-ID.

Finally visited the original Vietnam House I'm probably one of the few who went to the Tukwila spot first. A few minor service glitches but nothing major that affected the food and experience. Two of us went with the number 52 the broken rice with pork chop and fried egg, another went with 49 the Com Tam Dac Biet and then one went with the Bun Cha and a fried spring roll. Generous servings and delicious Vietnamese flavors always love how they have a crispy edge on their eggs at both locations. Had to snap a quick pic of the Lunar New Year display. Parking wasn't as bad as I've seen in the past at that parking lot which was nice.
